Responsibilities Building and managing high-level relationships with executive and C-level stakeholdersOwning and optimizing the full sales cycle - from pipeline development to client success, retention, and expansionCollaborating with the 3D Design and Implementation Team, Business Communication Team, UX team to strategize and implement 3D software, cloud platform, and connected services within CLO’s ecosystemSupporting and managing clients via in-person meetings, emails, and conference callsResearching market trends and customer needs to inform strategic business expansion and product adoptionLeading regional go-to-market strategies and partnershipsMentoring and guiding Business Development team membersPresenting CLO’s vision, technology, and products in client meetings and industry events (e.g., exhibitions, seminars, conferences, and panels) Requirements 10+ years of experience in Business Development, Account Management, or Consulting in the Apparel, Technology, or SaaS industryProven track record of managing key client relationships and driving revenue growthStrong leadership and project management skillsCustomer-focused communication and interpersonal abilitiesAnalytical thinking and creative problem-solvingEngaging presentation skillsCollaborative, team-oriented mindsetTech-savvy with a passion for emerging technologiesWillingness to travel frequentlyFluency in Cantonese and EnglishMust be a Hong Kong citizen or hold a valid work /residence visa Nice to have Additional language skillsFamiliarity with the fashion supply chain, consulting, and 2D/3D apparel design technologies Please note Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for interviewsPlease apply with a full CV and preferably a cover letter Benefits Flexible working hoursWork From Home arrangementHealth insuranceAdditional monthly / yearly welfare support
