The Business Development Executive will focus on bringing in new business by managing the entire sales process, collaborating with partners, and achieving sales targets in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities KPIs - Consistently achieve sales targets Outreach - Field-based outreach, calling key decision-makers using phone, email & social touches with the goal of bringing on new business Selling - Present, promote and sell products and services through product demos to prospective and existing partners Sales Cycle - Managing the entire sales process from prospecting to close Partnering - Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis with existing/potential partners in order to align our solutions to their needs and business objectives Collaboration - Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless partner experience Market Trends - Provide feedback about ongoing trends in the industry Business Partnering - Serve as a lead point of contact for partners on all commercial activities Skills 1+ years of B2B sales with a track record of success Experience in SaaS, online marketplaces, or payment platforms is highly desirable You are a true hunter and relationship builder You can multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively You are naturally curious and have a desire to continually grow and develop You are adaptable, embrace change, and take initiative even in the face of ambiguity You excel at building strong, authentic relationships through a friendly and empathetic approach Fluency in English and another language (Spanish, Portuguese, Mandarin, Vietnamese, Cantonese, etc.) Experience within the beauty and wellness industry Benefits Work-life balance: 25 days of flexible leave that we encourage you to take.
