About The Role

We are looking for a dynamic, `tech-savvy and AI-proficient` Business Development Executiveto support the growth of our global client base and develop new strategic partnerships in the IT consulting and technology services sector.

This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, building strong relationships with prospective clients, and establishing strategic business partnerships to expand market presence and drive revenue growth.

You will work closely with leadership and delivery teams to introduce our services to new organizations, create sales opportunities, and support deal closures.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development Client Acquisition
• Identify and develop new B2B client opportunities globally
• Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn outreach, digital platforms, email campaigns, and networking
• Conduct initial discovery calls with prospective clients
• Present company capabilities and service offerings to potential clients
• Maintain consistent follow-ups to convert leads into opportunities

Partnership Development
• Identify and build partnerships with consulting firms, technology companies, and service providers
• Develop collaboration opportunities that can lead to new business engagements
• Support partnership discussions and relationship management

Sales Pipeline Management
• Maintain and track opportunities using CRM tools
• Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to opportunity development
• Coordinate with internal teams during proposal preparation and follow-ups

Market Research Opportunity Identification
• Research potential industries, companies, and new market opportunities
• Monitor market trends, emerging technologies, and AI-driven sales tools
• Identify target organizations aligned with company service offerings

Proposal Deal Support
• Assist in preparing client proposals, capability presentations, and solution decks
• Support negotiations and commercial discussions where required

Experience

Required Skills Experience
• 1–3 years experiencein Business Development, Sales, Lead Generation, or Client Acquisition
• Exposure to IT services, consulting, outsourcing, or technology solutionsis preferred

Core Skills
• Dynamic, proactive, and self-driven personality
• Tech-savvy with strong digital tool adoption
• AI-savvy mindsetand ability to leverage AI tools for research, outreach, and productivity
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Ability to confidently interact with international clients

Preferred Skills
• Experience using LinkedIn for lead generation or outreach
• Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar
• Understanding of B2B sales and partnership development processes
