Business Development Manager

Position Overview

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving growth and expanding the company's market presence by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and developing strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales and business development, particularly in the real estate and construction sectors.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitor activity.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional materials.
• Utilize CRM tools to manage leads and track sales activities.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profit margins.
• Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote the company.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in real estate or construction.
• Strong understanding of CRM systems and their application in sales processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
• Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking.
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
