As a BDC Associate, you will be responsible for generating leads, prospecting new clients, and supporting the overall growth of our business. Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications and Skills:
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven work experience in lead generation, telemarketing, sales, or customer service roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build relationships with potential clients.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities with a focus on multitasking and meeting deadlines.
• Proficient in using CRM software, MS Office Suite, and other business software/tools.
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• An understanding of sales processes, customer acquisition strategies, and market dynamics.
