Business Developer for Locum Tenens

Job Summary
We are seeking highly motivated Business Developer to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in driving business growth by developing new client relationships and supporting the overall expansion of Concord Physician Solutions. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and ensuring client satisfaction with our staffing services.

Key Responsibilities:

· Identify and target potential healthcare clients in need of locum tenens services.

· Build and nurture long-term relationships with healthcare administrators, hospital systems, and physician practices.

· Present customized locum tenens solutions to meet client staffing needs, ensuring a strong understanding of their operational and patient care requirements.

· Lead the negotiation and execution of contracts, ensuring mutual agreement on terms and conditions.

· Collaborate with internal teams, including recruiters and operational staff, to deliver seamless staffing solutions.

· Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and potential business opportunities to support growth strategies.

· Attend industry conferences, networking events, and meetings with potential clients to establish and strengthen relationships.

· Track and report on sales performance, pipeline activity, and business development initiatives.

Requirements

Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in healthcare staffing or a related field.

Knowledge of the locum tenens industry is highly preferred.

Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to engage with decision-makers.

Ability to identify business needs and provide tailored solutions.

Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently.

Ability to manage multiple client accounts and maintain exceptional service levels.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
