Key Responsibilities • Partner with clients to identify goals, challenges, and growth opportunities.• Develop personalised action plans, offering guidance on leadership, business strategy, and performance. • Conduct coaching sessions remotely, offering flexibility in time and location. • Share knowledge and best practices in personal development, resilience, and goal setting. • Foster a supportive, trust-based relationship, empowering clients to navigate business landscapes confidently. • Engage in daily training and development calls. • Implement innovative marketing strategies online, crafting compelling content, and conducting interviews.• Continue to personally develop and up skill.
