Blue Ridge Brokerage is actively expanding into the Triangle and is seeking an experienced Business Broker or M&A Advisor to help drive our growth in the Raleigh-Durham region.
If you're a seasoned professional with a solid network, deep understanding of business transactions, and a desire to be part of a collaborative, ethical, and client-focused team, we want to hear from you.

What We're Looking For:
• Prior experience in business brokerage, commercial real estate, or M&A advisory
• A North Carolina real estate license
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with business owners and buyers
• Self-motivated, professional, and detail-oriented
• Familiarity with the Raleigh/Durham small business community is a plus
