Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service to business banking clients.
Develop relationships with business banking clients and build trust.
Offer knowledgeable advice and solutions to customer inquiries.
Utilize bank resources to ensure accurate customer service.
Maintain an up-to-date understanding of banking products and services.
Analyze customer data to identify sales opportunities and revenue potential.
Prepare reports and presentations to demonstrate progress and success.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Monitor customer feedback and make improvements accordingly.
Stay current on new banking products and services.
