In 2023, funds advised by global private equity firm Permira acquired a majority stake, with Equistone remaining a minority investor—supporting our continued growth and innovation.Your responsibilities Own and manage the DACH business application landscape, ensuring alignment with global IT strategy, governance, and Target Operating ModelAct as the primary interface between global technology teams and regional stakeholders across Finance, HR, Sales, Operations, and ComplianceLead, optimise, and continuously improve key systems including Oracle Fusion (Financials, HCM, EPM, OCI), Salesforce, Jira, Kyriba, Anaplan, and TMF PayrollEnsure stable, secure, and efficient integrations and data flows across enterprise systemsEstablish and maintain robust support processes (incident, change, and problem management)Translate business needs into scalable system solutions and drive adoption through training and enablementLead regional initiatives such as system rollouts, process automation, and enhancementsSupport post-merger integration and contribute to global transformation programmes in data, analytics, and automationEnsure compliance with DACH regulatory requirements (e.g. GDPR, tax, labour laws) and maintain audit-ready standardsCollaborate with InfoSec and Risk teams to ensure access governance and security standardsYour profile5+ years of experience in business applications, ERP/CRM/HCM environments, or IT leadership rolesStrong hands-on and functional expertise in Oracle Fusion and enterprise application landscapesExperience with systems such as Salesforce, Jira, Kyriba, Anaplan, and payroll solutionsSolid understanding of DACH finance, HR, payroll, sales operations, and regulatory requirementsExperience working in international, matrix organisations and ideally within M&A or integration contextsKnowledge of integrations, APIs, middleware, and process automation is advantageousBusiness fluent in German and English (written and spoken)Strong stakeholder management with the ability to influence senior leaders and translate technical topics into business languageAnalytical, structured, and solution-oriented mindsetDegree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field; relevant certifications are a plusAcuity Analytics has earned several prestigious industry recognitions, including Great Place to Work® certifications in India and Costa Rica, AVTAR Best Companies for Women in India, the AVTAR Most Inclusive Companies Index, and silver accreditation in the Workplace Equality Index.
