Greetings from Accion Labs, Our direct Client is looking for Business Analyst with Banking domain experience-6+ Months Contract-Remote opportunity-Direct Customer. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements. Translate business needs into clear, actionable user stories and functional specifications. Conduct gap analyses and feasibility studies to support strategic planning. Work closely with developers to clarify requirements and ensure technical feasibility. Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups to support agile development. Support project management activities including scope definition, timeline planning, and risk assessment. Ensure alignment between business goals and IT deliverables Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in business administration, Information Systems, or related field (Master s preferred). 8+ years of experience in business analysis or a related role. Strong understanding of business processes, systems, and data analytics. Proficiency in tools such as SQL, Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or similar. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Soft Skills: Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional initiatives. Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Education: Bachelor s degree in computer science, information Systems, or related discipline. This role is open to W2 or those seeking Corp-Corp employment.
