Technical Business Analyst with Backend and Data
Type: W2 With Benefits - No C2C
Location: Supporting Denver, CO hours
Top 5 Technical Skills:
ā¢ Analyst for backend / Data
ā¢ Write EPICs and User Stories
ā¢ Strong understanding of Record Keeping, Payroll, Financials
ā¢ Strong financial background in Portfolio Business, Record Keeping, Financial Services, etc.
ā¢ 401k Reporting and other financial regulatory experience
Top 3 Soft Skills:
ā¢ Self Started, Great Communications and Organization
ā¢ Ability to ask probing questions until details are understood
ā¢ Driven and not shy away from deadlines, milestone and handle pressure of deadlines
This will be one of three new Analysts on the team.
Why It Will Fun:
This team is working on client's latest acquisition, OptionTrax, which is a new business area for the client
Business Analysts really three flavors front end 1 role , back end data 1 role, billing background in portfolio business.
ā¢ Record keeping, financial services
ā¢ BAU, pure analyst role to the 3 different value streams work and report into the business and must be consultative driven
ā¢ 8+ years experience in finance space / industry (Retirement / investment referred)
ā¢ Agile, Epics, Stories, Visio
ā¢ Great communications, organization
ā¢ Value Stream:
ā¢ (UI & UX, distribution, vesting etc.), create wireframes/strawman for UI/UX Team
ā¢ Backend Record keeping, payroll, money in
ā¢ Billing aspect
ā¢ Asking the probing questions of the business to define requirements
ā¢ Working with Systems Architects
ā¢ Collaborate with Arch and systems teams to finalize User Stories
ā¢ Client has a robust training plan to get them up to speed
ā¢ Peer reviews of deliverables
ā¢ Soft skills are key
ā¢ Must be high energy driven and not shy away from Deadlines, and deadlines they must achieve, milestone driven, handle pressure of deadlines
