Vinbay is Hiring: Business Analyst (Remote/Hybrid)Vinbay Information Technology L.L.C is seeking an experienced and dedicated Business Analyst to join our team. We're a dynamic and expanding company focused on SaaS product development and operational efficiency. In this role, you'll be the crucial link between our business goals and technical solutions, helping to shape our products and drive strategic decisions. Location: Remote (Preferably Cairo, Egypt)Working Days: Sunday to ThursdayWorking Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PMWhat You'll DoLead requirement-gathering sessions and translate business needs into clear functional and technical documentation.Collaborate with product managers, developers, and QA teams to define MVPs, features, and acceptance criteria.Support the entire software development lifecycle, from creating wireframes and mockups to supporting user acceptance testing (UAT).Analyze product performance and user data to suggest data-driven enhancements and help align product features with market needs.Ensure that all solutions comply with business goals and data privacy standards.Act as a key liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders, bridging the gap to ensure clear communication and alignment.What We're Looking ForExperience and Education:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or Functional Analyst, with a strong preference for experience in a SaaS environment.Experience in collecting, analyzing, and validating business requirements.Familiarity with Agile methodologies, including backlog grooming and sprint planning.Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) is a strong plus.Skills and Qualifications:Strong analytical skills: The ability to elicit, analyze, and document user and business requirements.Excellent communication and documentation skills: You'll need to prepare detailed user stories, process flows, and Business Requirements Documents (BRDs).Proficiency in key tools: Experience with Jira, Confluence, Figma, or Lucidchart is required.Technical understanding: Familiarity with SQL and data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau is highly preferred.Stakeholder collaboration: Proven ability to manage relationships and work closely with product, tech, and QA teams.Language skills: Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.Adaptability: The ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.What We OfferPerformance-based incentives.Clear opportunities for career growth within a dynamic company.A supportive, collaborative, and professional work environment.If your qualifications and experience align with the requirements of this role, we encourage you to apply.
