As projects are complete, you will continue to drive improvements when issues are discovered and proactively work with developers and system administrators to ensure swift resolution and continuous improvement of our Salesforce platform. What You'll Do Build the foundation for project efforts by capturing the business context – problem definition, current state definition, objectives, business case, desired future state definition, etc.Facilitate discovery sessions and business process workshops. Be able to diagram and elaborate current & future state application workflows in detailDevelop detailed requirements (business, user, process, system requirements – functional and non-functional) and establish traceability to the business vision. Manage the requirements throughout the project lifecycle by establishing agreements and serving as a liaison between business users and the project teamDocument all changes to applications per internal controlsDevelop and maintain functional documentation, release notes, and conduct end-user trainingDevelop project artifacts: business requirements, scope, gap analysis, user stories and journeys, process maps, flow diagrams, business rules, business data models, security needs, test plans, and project plansAct as the project manager for the implementation of the solution. Lead and manage the execution of full development lifecycle activitiesIdentify stakeholders and ensure strong communication and communication methodsCreate roadmaps, manage product backlogs, and set delivery cadenceDesign, develop, test, and implement system enhancementsDefine and drive schedulesRisk identification and mitigationDevelop strong partnerships with business stakeholders, development partners, and peers on multi-functional teams across Veeva. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify system and process improvements Requirements MUST Have – Demonstrated experience and expertise with CRM applications with a focus on Sales, Revenue, Professional Services, or Demand/Supply operationsUnderstanding of application lifecycle management and SDLCUnderstanding of Revenue enablement and operations business functions and the objectives of the people in those rolesComfortable in working with personnel at all levels of the organizationCoordinating development efforts across a hybrid team of both internal and external developers residing in distributed locationsSkilled at articulating your relevant work experience via your resume and job interviewsBachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent work experience Nice to Have Vault Platform experience Perks & Benefits Medical, dental, vision, and basic life insuranceFlexible PTO and company paid holidaysRetirement programs1% charitable giving program Compensation Base pay: $70,000 - $110,000The salary range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary range for this role. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range above or below, depending on experience and location. We look at compensation for each individual and base our offer on your unique qualifications, experience, and expected contributions. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation in addition to base salary, such as variable bonus and/or stock bonus.
