Shall conduct detailed requirements analysis, documenting processes, and performing quality assurance and user acceptance testing. Position requires a natural analytical way of thinking and ability to explain difficult concepts to non-technical users. • ** Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, identify areas for improvement, and develop and implement solutions. • ** Conduct reviews of business processes and develop optimization strategies. • ** Gathering information from various stakeholders. Perform requirements analysis. Document and present results. • ** Communicate insights and plans to stakeholders. • ** Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements. • ** Performing user acceptance testing. • ** Develop project plans, managing projects, and monitoring performance. • ** Stay up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize business systems. Qualifications: • ** Bachelors Degree • ** 3+ years of experience in business analysis and QU UAT. • ** Ability to work closely with stakeholders and determine acceptable solutions. • ** Excellent documentation skills. • ** Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills. Total compensation package to $140,000 with fully company paid medical, dental, and vision plans for full family.
