Job Summary
Liaises with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, communicate and validate requirements for changes to business processes, policies and/or business systems. Understands business challenges related to people, processes, and/or technology and translates them into process solutions.
Job Responsibilities
Analyze business requirements, design and develop effective solutions while working with the business
Understand overall business operations and help to develop innovative solutions that align with business requirements
Typically follows existing procedures to perform routine assignments and to solve standard problems
Analyzes basic information and standard practices to make decisions impacting work performed
Individual contributor working with direct oversight
Performs all other duties as assigned by management
Education
Bachelors degree in relevant field preferred
Experience
Typically requires 0-2 years of related work experience
Resware experience needed
