Business Analyst / Project Manager, Finance Technology

The F&A team comprises multiple functions from Financials Control & Business Performance Management, Procurement, Digital Transformation, Tax, Treasury and Operations. Together, the team optimizes our global finance initiatives and enjoys being detailed-oriented while multitasking across various exciting project scopes Responsibility Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables Create and maintain the projects’ roadmap, milestones and dependencies with strategic priorities in mind Identify and manage project risks and issues Manage stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle to ensure all key stakeholders are apprised of progress and issues are resolved in a timely manner Develop and maintain project documentation Conduct business analysis to identify process improvements and optimization opportunities Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and are aligned with business objectives Partner with IT and vendor/s to design, develop and/or enhance solution by combining system, data, process, digital and other automation tools with subject matter knowledge to address business needs Assist in production support to ensure smooth operation of the Finance systems to the end users Requirements Ideally 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Business Analyst with a fast paced MNC/startup, candidates with less experience will be considered tooA data informed work style, viewed through a compassionate lens of the userDemonstrated leadership, taking initiative and producing resultsStrong problem solving and communication skillsStrong strategic vision and innovative mindsetAlways think outside the boxProficient in evaluating and implementing digital tools and technologies, such as cloud platforms, data analytics, automation tools etc.Prior experience in the Finance transformation spaceExperience in the crypto industry is a plus Additional Information Life @ Crypto.comEmpowered to think big.
