Business Analyst - Operations & Enablement

The Business Analyst will maintain and evolve reporting, investigate public coverage, and assist with client inquiries while promoting operational efficiency. Responsibilities Maintain and investigate our Public Coverage Universe Review supplier lists from clients and prospects to help identify ownership structure and update master portfolios accordingly Assist with reporting and analysis requests Partner with OPE members to streamline workflows and reduce pain points within them Skills Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship now or in the future Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with a collaborative and analytical mindset Knowledge of financial statements and business concepts High comfort with Excel advanced functions (for example, lookups and fuzzy matching) Experience writing SQL queries and exposure to Python coding, Tableau/QuickSight, and AI technology Prior internship or paid work experience in a professional setting Interest in both technical and operations process improvement in a role Bachelor's Degree required This position may require 3-5 hours of paid weekly overtime during peak volumes Benefits 5% bonus Self-managed PTO Flexible work environment Company Overview RapidRatings® sets the standard for financial health transparency between business partners, transforming the way the world’s leading companies manage enterprise and financial risk.
