Business Analyst on My Kyivstar App (Engagement stream)

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our Product Development Team. What you will doWork in a cross-functional team with analysts, developers designers to deliver product featuresIdentifying options for potential solutions and assessing them for technical and business suitabilityWorking closely with the Product Manager, Development team, IT, external stakeholders, and end-users to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfactionAnalyze requirements, and define use cases and functional requirements for the softwareCreates and updates functional technical descriptions of business processes related to supporting, configuration, and maintenance of the solutionPerform requirements management, prioritization, traceability, verification, and validation of the requirementsBacklog management and facilitation if neededOversees test implementation, gathers feedback from users, and proposes functional improvementsSelection and implementation of the necessary tools, technologies, and techniquesQualifications and experience needed2+ years of relevant working experienceExperience producing solution artifacts, including UML, Use Cases, Business Rules, Functional Non-Functional Specifications, etcGood knowledge of Scrum methodology and understanding of the BA role in the Scrum processGood understanding of web standards, protocols, messaging protocols, and data formats (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, HTTP, FTP, TCP, etc.)Strong understanding of SDLC principlesUnderstanding of CI/CD (principles, instruments)Good communication facilitation skillsStrong analytical and system thinking skillsTeam player with proven ability to work cross-functionallyCan effectively deal with ambiguityA plus would be Experience with data sources such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or MS SQL serversUnderstanding and experience applying SOA, DDD, monolith, and design patternsExperience in designing RESTful APIsBasic expertise in mobile development technologiesExperience in integration projectsExcellent knowledge of Atlassian stack (Jira, Confluence)What we offer Office or remote – it’s up to you.
