The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a proven... ability to collaborate with stakeholders, internal departments, and clients. The Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering business requirements, translating them into user stories, and provide optimized solutions.

SimiTree's client base ranges from small, community-based agencies to publicly traded national chains. We have both the technical expertise and the real-world experience to implement seamless solutions that assist agencies in a rapidly changing operational and regulatory environment.
Requirements
? Business Intelligence or advanced reporting experience
? Gather and document business requirements through interviews, research, and trend analysis.
? Translate stakeholders needs into clear and concise requirements.
? Create detailed documentation, process flow diagrams (wireframes), and user stories to guide development and implementation process.
? Agile Software Development environment
? Business Intelligence (BI) tool experience such as Power BI, Tableau, Sisense or other.
? Scrum Master certification or Agile Product Owner experience.
? Strong knowledge of SQL
? Flowcharting, story box, or story creation experience
? Proficiency in using productivity tools such as Microsoft office suite, Visio, and collaboration platforms like Jira or Trello.
? Azure DevOps experience preferred
Preferred Qualifications
? Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field
? Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources.
? Revenue Cycle expertise or Healthcare billing experience
? 4 years' experience as a Business Analyst with a proven track record of delivering business solutions.
? Experience with project management within an agile environment

The compensation scale listed is a general salary range and is not intended to represent the actual annual or hourly compensation rate for this role. An offer will be made to the selected candidate at the conclusion of the interview process based on their relevant experience and the responsibilities of the position.
