Experience

Required:
• 6+ years as a Business Analyst
• Proficiency in requirement gathering and backlog grooming
• Extensive experience in driving conversations across various departments
• Minimum 3 years in a recent healthcare setting
• Previous involvement in projects like Mental Health Parity
• 2+ years as a BA within the IT sector
• Basic SQL querying skills
• Strong background in data analysis
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Desirable Skills:**
• Familiarity with healthcare regulatory programs
• Experience in data mapping and source to target mapping
• Soft Skills:

• Outstanding communication abilities
• Proficiency in navigating complex, matrixed environments
• Track record of successful collaboration between IT and business stakeholders.
