Role Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst / Healthcare PM (Temp) with experience in workforce capacity planning and healthcare operations. This role will support SCAN Health Plan’s operational teams by developing and maintaining resource plans, managing budgets, and driving project execution using tools like Monday.com. A strong understanding of health plan operations is essential.
Key Responsibilities: •Develop and maintain workforce capacity and resource plans across operational departments.
•Manage budgets and resource allocation to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
•Lead and support cross-functional projects using project management tools (e.g., Monday.com).
•Analyze operational data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
•Communicate project updates and insights effectively to stakeholders at all levels.
•Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with healthcare compliance and operational standards.
