About the role As a Senior Consulting Manager, you will make an impact by driving client engagement, leading teams, and delivering contextual solutions that address complex business challenges. You will be a valued member of our consulting team and work collaboratively with clients, your primary team, and other stakeholders. In this role, you will: • Lead and direct a team of consultants through client engagements, business analysis, and solution development. • Align functional and industry expertise to meet consulting engagement requirements. • Manage escalations and balance client responsiveness with optimal resource utilization. • Ensure team activities are prioritized and resources are efficiently applied to shared goals. • Identify and address capability gaps within the team to maximize responsiveness to new opportunities. • Participate in client workshops, business analysis interviews, and the development of compelling business cases as needed. • Oversee daily activities of project staff, including both consulting and non-consulting team members. • Lead communications with project stakeholders, including status reporting, priority setting, and timely issue resolution. • Review project deliverables for quality assurance and actively seek stakeholder feedback for continuous improvement. • Participate in project post-mortems to extract lessons learned and identify potential intellectual property for future use. • Ensure client validation and documentation of project success to foster enduring relationships and repeat business. What you must have to be considered • 6-8 years of consulting experience as an industry practitioner within a relevant vertical. • 2+ years of experience leading digital technology (business or technical consultative) teams and managing client relationships. • Demonstrated project management and people management experience. These will help you succeed • 5+ years as a digital technology (business or technical consultative) team lead. • Experience coordinating workstreams in multi-team projects using an onsite/offshore model.
