Business Analyst - Healthcare (California Only)

This role supports the PPO intake team responsible for managing provider contracts. The Business Analyst will review provider contract submissions, ensure all requirements are met, communicate with providers, and route agreements for processing. The position requires strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, along with the ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple priorities. Key Responsibilities • Analyze and interpret data to support cross-functional business operations. • Partner with internal teams to design and develop process improvements and business solutions. • Identify performance gaps and provide recommendations to enhance efficiency. • Review provider contract submissions to verify completeness and compliance with requirements. • Route agreements for processing and maintain accurate tracking of contract inventory. • Communicate with providers to obtain missing information or resolve contracting questions. • Respond to negotiation requests and coordinate with internal network teams on complex or out-of-scope contracts. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in business analysis or healthcare operations. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. • Experience reviewing or processing provider contracts preferred. • Familiarity with PIMS and CLMS systems a plus.
