Business Analyst for AI Healthcare Platform

We’re building an AI platform designed to optimize healthcare operations, automate manual workflows, and enhance decision-making across large-scale clinical and homecare environments. Our mission is to help healthcare providers improve patient outcomes and reduce operational inefficiencies through intelligent automation. We’re looking for a Senior Business Analyst with a strong background in AI-enabled digital products and at least 5 years of experience in managing end-to-end discovery and delivery within Agile environments. You’ll work closely with product, data science, and engineering teams to translate business goals into actionable requirements, define user journeys, and ensure measurable impact. Responsibilities: - Lead business discovery and requirements elicitation sessions with stakeholders - Define business goals, success metrics, and product roadmaps for AI-based features - Translate complex business needs into clear technical requirements (BRD, SRS, UML/BPMN) - Collaborate with AI and engineering teams to validate data-driven functionality - Conduct process analysis, identify automation opportunities, and propose AI use cases - Ensure product alignment with regulatory standards (HIPAA, GxP, etc.) - Manage backlog prioritization and support iterative Agile delivery Requirements: - 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Manager - Proven experience in AI, healthcare, or data-intensive domains - Strong command of UML/BPMN, REST APIs, SQL/NoSQL, and Agile methodologies - Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills - Experience working with cross-functional, distributed teams - Be attentive, so mention wеа thеr at the beginning of the text Nice to have: Background in healthcare compliance (HIPAA, ICH GCP, CFR 21) Familiarity with AI/ML lifecycle management or medical data workflows Project Duration: 6+ months (with extension potential) Engagement: Remote, full-time or part-time depending on availability Apply tot his job
