Responsibilities: Engage with stakeholders to elicit, analyse, and document business requirements for CRM, Data, and other non-digital system projects.Quickly build rapport with your clients and teams by listening to them and guiding them.Facilitate and manage workshops of varying sizes in terms of the number of participants as well as a range of topics from training to requirements gathering.Identify and assess security risks and business impacts.Translate business needs into actionable security requirements. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, information technology, or related field.Proven experience as a Business Analyst working on non-digital projects such as CRM implementations, data migration, data governance, or enterprise systems
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Proficiency in Agile tools and technologies such as JIRA, Confluence, or Trello.Certification in Agile methodologies such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), or IIBA Agile Analysis Certification is a plus.#LI-AS7 Additional Information About Cprime Elabor8.Elabor8 has a strong demand from our clients for our people and agile ways of working, so we need more like-minded individuals to become members of our team.
