Analyze and understand business needs and requirements to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation in the banking and financial industry. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document functional and technical requirements for new and existing projects. Conduct thorough research and analysis to develop recommendations and solutions that align with business goals and objectives. Create detailed business and technical requirements documents and communicate them effectively to development teams. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business processes and provide ongoing support and guidance. Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of solutions that meet quality standards and client expectations. Conduct user acceptance testing to validate the functionality and usability of new systems and features. Provide training and support to users on new technologies and systems. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve processes and solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new technologies and systems. Identify and address potential risks and issues that may impact project timelines and deliverables. Contribute to the development and enhancement of FIS products and services by providing insights and recommendations based on market and industry research. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment by actively participating in team meetings and sharing knowledge and expertise with colleagues.
