Job Title: Business Analyst – AI (Copilot, ChatGPT, LLM Experience) Location: Remote Duration: Long Term Must Have: Private Equity (Investment Banking) + AI Experience Job Overview Seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong hands-on expertise in AI, Copilot, ChatGPT, and Large Language Models (LLMs). The role involves identifying AI-driven opportunities, gathering requirements, and partnering with stakeholders to deliver intelligent automation solutions. Key Responsibilities Identify AI, LLM, and automation use cases with business and technical teams Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and process flows Collaborate with AI architects and developers to design Copilot/LLM solutions Define functional and non-functional requirements for AI-enabled systems Conduct gap analysis and propose AI-powered process improvements Support UAT, user training, and rollout of AI-driven features Explain complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders Required Skills • 8+ years as a Business Analyst • 1–2 years of AI/ML, Copilot, or LLM experience • Understanding of prompt engineering and AI productivity tools • Hands-on experience with Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar platforms • Strong documentation and communication skills • Experience with Agile/Scrum Preferred Skills • Experience with Power Platform or Microsoft 365 Copilot • Knowledge of data governance and compliance for AI systems • Certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or AI Fundamentals Job Types: Full-time, Contract Pay: $48.08 - $55.00 per hour Application Question(s): • How many years of experience do you have in Private Equity (Investment Banking) + AI?
