The Business Analyst will serve as the bridge between business needs, customer requirements, and technical solutions. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, customer success, and stakeholders to ensure we deliver scalable, data-driven SaaS products that meet market and client expectations. What you'll do: Requirements Gathering & Analysis ● Collaborate with product managers, stakeholders, and clients to gather, document, and validate business requirements. ● Translate business needs into detailed functional and non-functional specifications. ● Conduct gap analysis between current capabilities and future needs. Product & Process Improvement ● Work with engineering and design teams to refine user stories, acceptance criteria, and workflows. ● Identify opportunities to optimize business processes within the SaaS platform. ● Support backlog grooming, sprint planning, and product roadmap activities. Data Analysis & Reporting ● Analyze product usage data, KPIs, and customer feedback to identify trends and recommend improvements. ● Build reports and dashboards to support decision-making for leadership and product teams. ● Provide insights on SaaS metrics (e.g., churn, retention, ARR impact). Stakeholder Communication ● Serve as the liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders. ● Communicate complex ideas clearly, ensuring alignment across departments. ● Present findings, proposals, and updates to leadership and client stakeholders. Testing & Validation ● Support QA by defining test cases and validating solutions against requirements. ● Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing) with business stakeholders and clients. ● Ensure product features meet compliance, scalability, and security requirements. About you: ● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field. ● 2–5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in a SaaS or technology company. ● Strong knowledge of SaaS business models, metrics, and workflows. ● Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, SQL, and data visualization platforms (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.). Excellent communication and documentation skills. The final salary for this position will be determined in Relish’s sole discretion, consistent with applicable law, and based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to the employee’s work experience, skills, and qualifications for the role, as well as the needs of Relish’s business and other operational considerations.
