BEPC is actively looking for a Senior Business Analyst Location: Austin, TX (Remote) Employment Type: W2 Contract – 6 Months (Possible extension or permanency) Pay Rate: $80.00 – $87.00 per hour Role Overview BEPC is seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Analyst to support complex, enterprise-level initiatives requiring deep expertise in business analysis, data analysis, and stakeholder engagement. This role operates at a senior level, performing highly complex analysis work with minimal supervision while serving as a key liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical judgment, experience working with large data sets, and the ability to translate business needs into effective technical solutions. Experience supporting government or regulated environments is strongly preferred. Key Responsibilities • Review, analyze, and evaluate business systems, processes, and user needs • Serve as a liaison between business units and IT teams, including Architecture, Project Delivery, and Application Sustainment • Lead requirements elicitation efforts, including gathering, documenting, validating, and managing complex business and technical requirements • Analyze raw and structured data to identify trends, gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement • Conduct business process mapping and reengineering to improve efficiency and effectiveness • Develop solution options and perform risk assessments, cost/benefit analysis, ROI, and buy/build evaluations • Prepare detailed documentation including business cases, planning documents, functional specifications, and workflow diagrams • Design and execute evaluation strategies (e.g., secret shopper initiatives) to assess system effectiveness and referral outcomes • Assess and recommend improvements to IT solutions to better meet business and user needs • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, subject matter experts, and program areas to support interoperable systems and improved business operations • Communicate complex technical and design concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences • Provide strong follow-through and customer-focused support throughout project lifecycles Qualifications Required Qualifications • 8+ years of professional experience performing senior-level business analysis • Proven expertise in eliciting and documenting complex business and technical requirements • Strong experience communicating complex design and technical concepts • Demonstrated ability to write business cases, planning documents, and detailed requirement artifacts • Advanced verbal, written, and presentation skills • Proven ability to gather input, develop actionable plans, and execute them successfully • Strong customer-service mindset with exceptional follow-through • Experience serving as a bridge between business stakeholders and IT teams Preferred Qualifications • Experience working with government regulations, programs, or processes • Strong background as a Data Analyst, including analysis of raw and complex datasets • Project management experience; PMP certification is a strong plus • Familiarity with interoperable systems, referral systems, or large-scale enterprise platforms Contract Details • Duration: 6 months (with potential extension or conversion) • Location: Remote (Austin, TX–based role) • Employment Type: W2 • Pay Rate: $80.00–$87.00/hour About BEPC BEPC Inc., founded in 2007, is a 100% employee-owned company providing top-tier consulting and staffing solutions across industries such as technology, engineering, manufacturing, and project management.
