About the position

As a Building Automation Systems Tech Support Specialist at Honeywell, you will provide essential technical support to customers in the Building Automation business unit. Your role involves troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues related to HVAC and Refrigeration systems, ensuring the efficient operation of our products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction and drive the success of our business.

Responsibilities
• Provide expert technical support to customers, resolving complex HVAC and Refrigeration technical issues.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement technical support strategies.

• Contribute to the development and improvement of technical support processes and tools.

Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in technical support HVAC and Refrigeration technical support or a similar role or a related role with BAS systems.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Nice-to-haves
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
