Educate customers on various strains, consumption methods, and product effects to facilitate informed purchasing decisions. Process transactions accurately using cash handling techniques and cash registers. Maintain an organized and well-stocked display of products, ensuring shelves are replenished as needed. Upsell products by understanding customer preferences and recommending complementary items. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and high levels of customer satisfaction. Adhere to all state regulations and company policies regarding the sale of cannabis products. Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization within the dispensary. Experience Previous experience in retail sales is preferred, particularly in environments involving cash handling and customer service. Familiarity with retail math and basic math skills is essential for accurate transaction processing. Strong communication skills are necessary for effectively engaging with customers and providing product knowledge.
