In this role, you’ll be instrumental in driving new business by developing relationships and delivering exceptional service to our clients.Success in this position comes from your ability to push through leads, display grit, and build strong rapport with shippers as you pitch the value of CloudTrucks. We’re seeking someone who is a quick learner, detail-oriented, adaptable, and collaborative, all while thriving in a fast-paced, evolving environment.You will be required to be in-office full-time in our Atlanta office in Buckhead. The Day-To-DayConducting cold and warm calls to onboard shippers as clientsCoordinating and managing the transportation of goods to ensure timely deliveryNegotiating rates and contracts with customers to maximize profitabilityBuilding and maintaining strong, long-term client relationshipsTracking shipments and providing regular updates to clientsEnsuring all operations comply with industry regulations and standardsResolving customer inquiries and addressing any concerns swiftly and professionallyUsing transportation management systems for data entry and maintaining accurate recordsCollaborating with internal teams to streamline transportation processesRequirementsMinimum of 3 years of experience in brokerage sales, with a proven track recordStrong operational knowledge of the trucking and brokerage industryExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsDemonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales goalsAbout CloudTrucksCloudTrucks is a virtual trucking carrier in the multi-billion dollar trucking space.
