Process and clear incoming shipments through customs in a timely and efficient manner. Ensure compliance with all customs regulations and requirements. Communicate with customers, customs officials, and other stakeholders to resolve any issues or delays in the clearance process. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all shipments and customs documentation. Work closely with other departments within UPS to ensure the smooth flow of goods through the transportation and delivery process. Keep up-to-date on changes in customs regulations and procedures to ensure compliance and avoid any potential delays or penalties. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns related to customs clearance. Collaborate with team members to identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions. Monitor and track the status of shipments to ensure timely delivery and resolve any issues that may arise.
