Job Title: Brokerage Insurance Operations Specialist
Location: Fort Worth, TX
CornerStone Professional Placement is seeking a Brokerage Insurance Operations Specialist to act as a liaison for financial advisors and their clients regarding Life Insurance, Universal Life, Long-Term Care, Disability Income, and Hybrid Insurance products. This role will serve as a key resource for policy inquiries, problem resolution, and claims processing, including supporting bereaved clients in filing death claims by assisting with paperwork and coordinating with insurance carriers.
Responsibilities:
Process and input insurance sales into company systems
Ensure data integrity and accurate commission payments to Advisors
Provide Tier II support for insurance-related inquiries
Escalate policy issues with Carriers, Business Partners, and Product Managers
Coordinate with Field Advisors for policy problem resolution
Prepare death claim paperwork and condolence packages on behalf of First Command
Requirements:
4-5 years of Insurance Operations experience (required)
4+ years in a professional office setting (required)
Life & Health Group I Insurance License (required)
Strong analytical, communication, and time management skills
Proficiency in MS Office and insurance-related technology systems
Compensation and Benefits:
Employment Type: Direct Hire
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
Location: On-site training (first 30 days), then hybrid schedule (Monday/Friday WFH)
Salary: Competitive, based on experience
