Learn more about our brands.We’re Looking For A: Brand Site & QA Coordinator to support brand site execution and QA for Dr. Marty Pets, ensuring timely content updates, merchandising accuracy, and a polished user experience across all devices.Location: Remote (Woodland Hills, CA)What You’ll Be Doing:Execute page updates across all areas of the brand site, including PDPs, collection pages, and promotional bannersQA site content across desktop, mobile, and tablet to ensure accuracy, functionality, and brand consistencyMonitor and maintain key merchandising elements such as badges, stock statuses, and hero placementsProactively identify and troubleshoot site bugs, broken content, or formatting inconsistenciesMaintain a log of brand site changes and partner with analytics teams to ensure UTM tracking and revenue attribution remain accurateCommunicate all live site changes to cross-functional teams, including TV attribution partnersQualifications (Note: We strongly encourage you to apply even if you don’t tick ALL of these boxes.):Detail-oriented QA mindsetComfort using CMS toolsClear communication and documentationBasic understanding of merchandising best practicesProactive and organized workflowHigh school diploma or equivalentAssociate’s/Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related preferred1–2 years in site content support, ecommerce QA, or merchandising coordinationExperience in CMS platforms preferredTravelling required, approximately 0-5% expectedGolden Perks & Benefits: Comprehensive healthcare coverage – We cover 100% of premiums for medical, dental, and vision plans for employee-only plans.Through our charity sponsorships, you can make a positive impact on communities worldwide. The base salary range is $24.28-$29.13 per hour, plus annual & monthly KPI bonus potential.The posted salary range in this job posting reflects data based on California's cost of labor analysis.
