Brand Reputation Analyst

Key Responsibilities: Monitor and analyze online conversations, media coverage, and social media mentions related to Binance and the cryptocurrency industry.Identify potential reputation risks and develop strategies to address and mitigate them.Prepare regular reports on brand sentiment, media coverage, and reputation metrics for internal stakeholders.Collaborate with the PR and communications team to develop and implement proactive reputation management strategies.Conduct competitive analysis to benchmark Binance’s brand reputation against industry peers.Engage with the community and respond to inquiries, comments, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.Stay up-to-date with industry trends, news, and best practices in reputation management and crisis communication. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.Proven experience in brand reputation management, public relations, or a similar role, preferably in the cryptocurrency or fintech industry.Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Proactive and strategic thinker with a keen eye for detail.Familiarity with reputation management tools and social media monitoring platforms.
