Key Responsibilities
• Identify, research, and outreach to potential brand partners, including industry leaders, influencers, and complementary businesses.
• Develop and present compelling partnership proposals tailored to the unique needs and objectives of prospective partners.
• Negotiate terms and conditions, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that align with Career.zycto’s strategic goals.
• Manage the end-to-end partnership lifecycle, from onboarding and launch to ongoing engagement and performance analysis.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, product, and legal teams to ensure successful execution and optimization of partnership initiatives.
• Monitor and analyze partnership performance, providing regular reports and insights to key stakeholders.
• Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with partners, identifying opportunities for expansion and deeper collaboration.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging partnership opportunities.
• Represent Career.zycto professionally at virtual events, conferences, and networking functions.
Required Skills
• Proven track record in brand partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances (minimum 4 years).
• Exceptional negotiation and contract management skills.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.

• Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and project management tools.
