Key Responsibilities
β€’ Identify, research, and outreach to potential brand partners, including industry leaders, influencers, and complementary businesses.
β€’ Develop and present compelling partnership proposals tailored to the unique needs and objectives of prospective partners.
β€’ Negotiate terms and conditions, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that align with Career.zycto’s strategic goals.
β€’ Manage the end-to-end partnership lifecycle, from onboarding and launch to ongoing engagement and performance analysis.
β€’ Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, product, and legal teams to ensure successful execution and optimization of partnership initiatives.
β€’ Monitor and analyze partnership performance, providing regular reports and insights to key stakeholders.
β€’ Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with partners, identifying opportunities for expansion and deeper collaboration.
β€’ Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging partnership opportunities.

Required Skills
β€’ Proven track record in brand partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances (minimum 4 years).
β€’ Exceptional negotiation and contract management skills.
β€’ Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
β€’ Ability to think strategically and identify synergistic opportunities.
β€’ Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and project management tools.
β€’ Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a remote environment.

β€’ Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
