Brand Designer (Visual Designer)
Position: Brand Designer (Visual Designer) Location: Remote Duration: 11 Months nbsp; Job Description: Wersquo;re looking for a Visual Designer to join the Client Academy team. Client Academy is a global e-learning platform that helps advertisers develop the skills to build successful campaigns on our platform. In this role, yoursquo;ll be joining a diverse team of designers, writers, strategists, instructional designers, and marketers to help bring this content to life. Yoursquo;ll create content that helps define how our programrsquo;s visual brand is expressed within the course content as well as own the organizational aspects of the visual system. This role will be a mix of creating course content across multiple formats (eLearning, virtual, IRL). nbsp; Responsibilities: • Contribute to the evolution our programrsquo;s visual identity within the eLearning space as well as across product, marketing and business channels • Experiment, develop and execute resources, guidelines and templates that empower the team to create beautiful and thoughtful brand expressions • Iterate quickly and communicate ideas within the project team, with the ability to receive feedback constructively as well as provide input to otherrsquo;s work • Deliver design assets for both scoped and ambiguous problems from initial idea to artwork ready file Required: • Preferred 4+ years of experience with end-to-end visual design background. • Passion for systems design: developing standards and design templates that create huge impact through simple solutions. • You have a sensibility for craft, composition, imagery, typography, iconography and color. • You have a collaborative approach to design and can articulate ideas and rationale behind design decisions in both written and verbal environments. • You have the ability to take part in multiple projects at once. • Strong knowledge of design tools. You are fluent with Figma. Motion skills a plus Skills: • Figma (design systems, components) • Photoshop and Illustrator • Motion amp; graphics: After Effects or similar is a plus, 3D skills a bonus.
