Brand Deal Manager For YouTube Agency
I'm looking to start the go-to YouTube Growth agency for small YouTubers (1k - 100k, and some bigger than that).
To help these YouTubers beyond just growth, I need a go-to person to help them make money. Someone comfortable repping a Creator, negotiating on their behalf, protecting their vision and time and giving brands a great deal.
I see this being the second arm of my agency. There's growth, which I will lead, then monetization, which yes, I'll lead, but largely rely on this brand deal manager.
The YouTube clients I'm looking to help are traditional creators. No faceless channels, no crazy stunts, no prank channels, no cinematic-first channels. Just your classic Creator-With-A-Camera:
- Talking heads channels
- Commentary channels
- Education channels
- Pretty much anything else.
I'm also open to hiring you for anything else YouTube related: strategy, thumbnail design, scripting, editing, etc.
