As Brand & Community Manager, you'll be the connective tissue between our brand and our community, orchestrating experiences that build trust and generate pipeline.What you’ll do:Events & CommunityOwn event strategy across owned, sponsored, and partner-led events where our ICP shows up.Bring the 10x Recruiting community to life. Think salons, meetups, AMAs, and learning workshops that build real connection and brand love.Run the show, end to end. From logistics to lighting, make sure every touchpoint feels like Metaview.Partner with Sales and CS to pick the right speakers, prospects, and customers — and drives post-event engagement that supports pipeline.Partner MarketingDrive joint GTM strategies through events, bundles, and co-branded content focused on mutual value and pipeline generation.Customer Evangelism Keep our “Wall of Love” fresh by capturing and organizing praise from Slack, calls, reviews, and product feedback.Make that love visible across the funnel: on the site, in social, sales decks, onboarding, and internal updates.To be successful in this role, we believe the ideal candidate will spike in:Taste & Experience: Skills to craft elevated, on-brand experiences — from events to swag to storytelling.Copywriting: Sharp, clear, high-converting messaging that grabs attention and drives actionNetworking: Ability to build high-trust, high-leverage relationships across industries and communities.Execution: Hyper-organized and resourceful; thrives in chaos and gets things done fast.Impact Focus: Ability to prioritize needle-moving work and juggle multiple initiatives with clarity.What’s in it for youShape the narrative as part of our founding marketing team.
