Role Summary
As a Brand Ambassador, you’ll be the face of Tribe across online communities. Your core mission: (1) promote Tribe outside the app, (2) attract and activate new hosts and users, and (3) energize engagement inside the app. You’ll combine creator partnerships, community outreach, content, and hands‑on hosting to drive measurable growth.
And if you do great as an Ambassador, there is also an opportunity for a full-time role at Tribe!
What You’ll Do
1) Promote Tribe outside the app
• Drive awareness across social platforms and community spaces (IG/TikTok/YouTube Shorts, X, LinkedIn, Reddit, Discord, Telegram, WhatsApp groups, forums, newsletters, podcasts).
• Create short, native content that explains Tribe, spotlights great Tribes, and drives tracked installs via UTM links/QRs.
• Spin up referral loops and challenges that reward people for inviting new hosts and users.
2) Attract & onboard new hosts and users
• Identify, DM, and pitch community leaders, creators, moderators, newsletter writers, and niche organizers to become Tribe hosts.
• Provide light onboarding: help hosts set up their Tribe, outline their first‑week content/events, and invite seed members.
• Run themed sprints (e.g., “AI Builders,” “Parenting Hacks,” “Running Clubs,” “Indie Founders”) to recruit hosts and members in clusters.
3) Engage on the app itself
• Be an active presence: post prompts, reply to threads, welcome newcomers, and model healthy community behavior.
• Host or co‑host recurring conversations, AMAs, or micro‑events to keep Tribes vibrant.
• Monitor early‑stage Tribes and help them cross activation (first posts, first replies, first 10 engaged members).
4) Measure, learn, and report
• Track installs, host sign‑ups, first‑week activity, day‑7 retention, and referrals using attribution links/UTMs.
• Share weekly insights: what messages, incentives, or channels are working—and where to double down.

• New Hosts Sourced & Activated
• New User Acquisition
• Engagement on the app

You Might Be a Fit If You
• Have grown or managed a Discord/Reddit, Telegram/WhatsApp group, newsletter, or creator audience on TikTok, Instagram or YouTube.
• Are comfortable outreach‑first (DMs, cold emails) with a crisp pitch and fast follow‑ups.
• Make short‑form content and are willing to appear on camera when helpful.
• Are organized, metrics‑driven, and iterate quickly based on data.
• Bonus: networks in niches like creators, startups/tech, parenting, fitness/wellness, gaming, investing, local hobbies, etc.
Requirements
• Flexible hours
• Reliable self‑management and weekly outcome reporting.
• Comfort with basic analytics (UTMs, dashboards, cohort views).
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
Compensation
• Base rate (commensurate with hours/experience) + significant bonuses tied to outcomes listed below
• Qualified host recruited and activated (meets activity/retention thresholds).
• User growth milestones from your unique links (install → sign‑up → first‑week engagement).
• Program outcomes (collabs/events that hit RSVP/attendance and retention targets).
• Reimbursement/stipends for approved activation costs (e.g., tools or light promo materials).
