Job requirements
ABOUT YOU:A full UK driving licenseExperience within B2B or B2C sales positions - thiscould be either internal or field sales experienceYou could be an estate agent, a telesales executive or a current field salespersonKeen to work in a fast-paced environmentGreat team player with an outgoing personalityManages time effectively to ensure high levels of productivityCommercially minded with a desire to hit and exceed targetsProficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft outlook)
Job responsibilities
As a Brand Activation Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding distribution by building strong commercial relationships with key decision makers in the independent convenience retail & wholesale sector. Your focus will be on achieving sales targets, securing new accounts, and maximising revenue opportunities across your territory. You will do this by:Identifying and securing new distribution points through proactive prospecting, lead generation, and direct sales activityDeveloping and maintaining strong relationships with independent retailers & owners to maximise sales of the IVG product rangeNegotiating and closing sales deals that deliver profitable growth and long-term partnershipsExecuting effective sales promotions and trade events to increase product uptake and drive repeat ordersMonitoring performance and gathering market insight to inform sales strategy and ensure competitive positioningTaking full ownership of your territory’s sales performance, acting as the driving force behind IVG’s success at field level
