Branch Technology Liaison - Client Associate – Amazon Store

Your role• Ensure the technical health of the branch(s) by performing and supporting all necessary infrastructure relatedactivities• Assist users with set up and training of all tech applications and provide ongoing support as needed• Assist in the deployment of new applications and enhancements to existing applications.• Be the initial point-of-contact for all office and end-user technology issues• Track all end user hardware on an ongoing basis (e.g. machines, monitors, printers, etc.)• Use remote tools and diagnostic utilities to aid in troubleshooting. • Perform hands-on fixes at the desktop level when remote tools are not appropriate,• Test fixes to ensure problem has been adequately resolved.• Ensuring hardware and software patching is occurring and up to dateSupport the branch management team administratively• Collaborate with the Field Technology Liaison and escalate any unresolved issues.• Assist with the onboarding process of new hires, rehires, interns, and recruit teams, providing a white-glove experience, especially in the initial interactions.Additional Requirements:• Required to be in office 5 days per week.• Comfortable with public speaking during system rollouts for the Region.• Capable of being on your feet for extended periods and occasionally lifting 10- 20 lbs.• Ability to visit each of our 3 branch offices (Buckhead, Dunwoody, Alpharetta) Periodically to address tech issues onsite.Your teamYou'll be working as part of Wealth Management Americas.
