About the position

The Branch Operations Support Content Specialist at Park National Corporation is responsible for creating, reviewing, and maintaining business line procedures and guidelines to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and operational changes. This role involves supporting the retail deposit operations knowledge system and resolving technical issues related to customer service transactions. The position allows for a flexible work arrangement, with an expectation of two days onsite and three days remote each week.

Responsibilities
• Create, review, and maintain business line procedures and guidelines.

• Apply expertise against relevant policies, guidelines, procedures, systems, and programs to mitigate risk.
,
• Resolve technical and tactical issues related to account opening process, teller and customer service transactions.
,
• Support managing the retail deposit operations knowledge system.
,
• Oversee form updates, ensuring user-friendliness and accurate publishing.
,
• Develop and communicate branch communication with updates and reminders.
,
• Send updated procedures to the Retail Training team monthly or as needed.
,
• Work with Branch Operations Support Manager on projects, developing communication on changes and procedure updates.
,
• Complete daily, weekly, monthly tasks on time as assigned.
