We have experienced tremendous growth across Asia and now aim to bring our best-in-class technology to the rest of the world.Due to the rapid expansion of our business in Brazil, we are seeking a Senior Risk Analyst to help us strengthen the risk function specifically for the Brazil market.In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing risk strategies, conducting fraud investigations, and coordinating with the local team in Brazil and the Functional Office. Responsibilities: Coordinate with the local team in Brazil and the Functional Office to develop risk strategies and conduct fraud investigations.Collaborate with the Functional Office to implement anti-fraud measures and controls specific to the Brazil market.Implement an Operational Risk framework, monitoring risk metrics for Brazil, and developing market-specific risk controls.Lead and drive standardization, automation, and consolidation through process improvement initiatives in the Brazil market.Identify and track Key Risk Indicators to support strategy testing environments and daily operations in Brazil.Ensure effective disaster recovery for fraud incidents in the Brazil market.Create strategies to detect and enforce risk policies in Brazil.Review strategies with regional and local operations in Brazil and the Functional Office to ensure appropriate thresholds are set.Develop ad-hoc strategies to detect and mitigate monetary losses in the Brazil market. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher, with a preference for those with working experience in Trust & Safety/Risk Management.Experience in Risk, Trust & Safety, Fraud investigations, and Anti-fraud compliance/management.Experience in stakeholder management and risk product development.Experience in payments and disputes/chargebacks.Proficiency in working with large data sets, performing data analysis, and familiarity with SQL/scripting, Tableau, R, Python, and querying logs and databases.Independent thinking, strong teamwork, and excellent communication skills.Fluency in English is required for this position, and fluency in Portuguese is essential for working in the Brazil market.Strong analytical skillsRelevant educational background Additional Information To all candidates- Lalamove respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data.This Notice will inform you how we will use your personal data, explain your privacy rights and the protection you have by the law when you apply to join us.
