Job Overview
We are seeking individuals to join our team as BPO Voice / Non Voice Process. This role involves interacting with customers through inbound and outbound calls or non-voice channels. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to provide exceptional customer service. This is a remote position with a work-from-home option, and the job location is in Puducherry, Puducherry, India. Freshers with less than 1 year of experience are welcome to apply.
Qualifications and Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Strong customer service and... problem-solving abilities
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Good listening and empathy skills
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems
Ability to work independently and in a team
Flexibility to work in rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays
Previous experience in customer service or call center is a plus
Roles and Responsibilities
Handle customer queries and provide accurate information through verbal or written communication
Assist customers in resolving their complaints and ensure customer satisfaction
Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy when interacting with customers
Follow communication scripts and guidelines to provide consistent customer service
