JOB DESCRIPTION As Business Process owner, you are a cornerstone of the organization, working on improving Crea and Post Production processes, successfully managing the DMAIC process (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) for your area of responsibility. Centrally positioned in the organization, you are the link between the group function you represent and the different countries, the Tech, Data, Finance, Internal Control teams as well as the other group functions. TASKS Process design & improvementDocument current processes with associated KPIsChallenge and optimize current processes, identifying non-value added activities & looking out for best practicesCo-construct target processes with the main stakeholders, ensuring alignment across countries, working closely with the different entities in making the processes convergeDesign, test & implement target processesContinuously identify, test & implement process improvements to improve performance and productivityProcess performance monitoringIdentify KPIs to measure business process performanceContinuously monitor process performance through KPIsBenchmark with market best practicesBusiness requirementsTranslate processes into product business requirements when neededReview and validate tech solutionsPrioritize business needs along with product teamsChange managementManage the change along with group functions & regionsEnsure adoptionSupport training efforts (document and train the teams) REQUIREMENTS 3+ years of experience in a middle management or senior roleData-driven, you are strong with numbers and have good Excel skillsStructured, rigorous and analyticalStrong aptitude for process thinking and improvementProven ability to research and implement new technologiesLeadership skills, you are able to challenge, influence others, and positively manage changeProactive, organized and independent, you can drive things forwardExcellent oral & written communication skillsAdobe package knowledge mandatory, Blender and Figma ValuedFluent level of English is a must, Spanish and French valuedPassion for Image and Creativity in general and AI in specificallyKnowledge of Lean management principles is valued BENEFITS Flexible Office with up to 2 days smartworking Online language learning Platform Connected fridges and inter-company dining.
