Job Description:
We seek experienced individuals for delivery specialist roles in our Home Depo locations in
MO- Kirksville, Joplin, Springfield
MN- Baxter, Duluth, Grand Rapids
WI- Wisconsin Rapids
NM- Hobbs
KS- Pittsburg, Garden City
AR- Fayetteville/Rogers
ND- Minot
Ne- Grand Island
IA- Sioux City.
Each team is comprised of a driver responsible for delivering Home Depot a wide range of products, including doors, windows, boxes, and lumber. Deliver safely with no damages and skills with strapping this position is for drop-off only products with no installations. This is a full-time six-day position with varying stop times.

-4 TO 6 STOPS DAILY
- Lift up to 75 pounds
- use of a pallet jack
The start time from Monday to Saturday is 6 am.
The daily work hours may vary depending on the delivery volume, with an average of 4-6 hours.
Key Responsibilities:
Safely operate a non-CDL 26ft box truck.
Deliver appliances, including washers, dryers, refrigerators, and microwaves. To stores around the tristate area
Provide excellent customer service throughout the delivery and installation process.
Manage daily routes and schedules efficiently.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
Requirements:
Proven experience in appliance delivery and installation.
For drivers: Ability to drive a non-CDL 26ft box truck.
Strong customer service skills.
Reliable and punctual with a professional demeanor.
Ability to use a mobile phone for navigation and communication.
Availability to work early morning shifts (starting 6 AM), with finish times dependent on team efficiency (usually by 1-2 PM).
Open to working 5-6 stops per day with Monday to Saturday availability.
Compensation:
Competitive daily flat rate, paid in cash.

- Follow delivery schedules and ensure timely deliveries
- Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries, addressing any customer inquiries or concerns
- Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while operating delivery vehicles
Skills:
- Excellent driving skills with a valid driver's license
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers and team members
- Experience driving vans, forklifts, tractor-trailers, or refrigerated trailers is a plus
- Strong customer service skills to ensure customer satisfaction during deliveries
- Proficiency in route driving and navigating through various locations
- Ability to operate vehicles with manual transmission if required
- Capable of lifting heavy objects and performing physical tasks as needed
