Boutique Motel Interior Designer + 3D Rendering (12 Units + Lobby/Hallway)

Overview We are developing a 12-unit boutique motel in Cedartown, Georgia and are looking for a talented interior designer who can help us create a cohesive, memorable “wow” experience inside and outside the property. The brand direction is a high-end 1950s / retro “Silver Comet Motel” vibe — modern, clean, stylish — with bold character elements such as teal accents, neon signage, and themed rooms (Rocket Lounge, Stardust Suite, etc.). This is NOT just decorating — we want someone who can design the full concept, bring it to life visually, and create a clear plan our contractors can execute. Scope of Work (What You’ll Do) 1) Full Concept Design Overall property interior design theme and mood Cohesive color palette and materials selection Combine retro + modern (clean + premium look) 2) Exterior + Interior Color Scheme Exterior materials/colors: brick + board & batten siding scheme Interior scheme: walls, trim, ceiling, floors, doors (teal doors in hallway concept) 3) 3D Renderings We need high-quality 3D renderings for: Guest rooms (12 total) Hallway / entry corridor Small lobby/office area (if applicable) Renderings should be realistic and usable for: Contractor reference Investor presentations Marketing / website 4) Room Design + Breakdown For each room, provide: Layout suggestions Furniture + decor plan Lighting plan Suggested wall art / theme elements Fixtures / finishes guidance (flooring, paint, tile, etc.) 5) FF&E Package + Shopping List Deliver a complete FF&E list including: Furniture, fixtures, lighting, decor Links to purchase items (Wayfair / Amazon / Home Depot / etc.) Estimated pricing and alternatives (budget vs premium) Designed to be durable for STR / hospitality use Apply tot his job
